Apple Bircher Muesli

Apple Bircher Muesli

Ingredients 

½ grated green apple
½ cup oats
1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (or sunflower)
2 tablespoons goji berries (or cranberries)
2 tablespoons walnuts (or nuts of choice, roughly chopped)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup natural yoghurt

Topping

½ green apple, sliced into match sticks
2 tablespoons walnuts (or nuts of choice, roughly chopped) 

Method  

Combine all ingredients (apart from the topping ingredients) in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge to soak

In the morning, mix the bircher muesli and top with sliced apple and nuts
