Banana Snacks with Peanut Butter

Serves: One banana per person (or half for young kids)

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients

One banana per person – we used four bananas
1 tablespoon peanut butter per person (or nut butter of your choice)
Fruit for topping, we used:

  • 4 Strawberries, sliced
  • Handful Blueberries
  • ½ Green kiwifruit, sliced
  • ½ Yellow kiwifruit, sliced

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

 

Method

Slice bananas lengthways

Spread peanut butter along banana slices and top with fruit of your choice (as per image)

Sprinkle with chia seeds (optional) and enjoy!
