Cherry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup pitted cherries
1 banana cut into chunks
Juice of half a lemon
½ cup low-fat Greek-style yoghurt
4 ice cubes
Almonds (optional)

 

Method

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve
