1 punnet strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet raspberries
1 punnet blackberries
Pomegranate arils
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice (or similar)
Gently mix in all the berries, pomegranate arils with orange juice and vinegar
Cover and refrigerate prior to serving
Serve with yoghurt or ambrosia - for a Christmas treat
