Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh fruit, such as blueberries, pineapple, melon
1 small ripe banana
1 cup yoghurt, plain or flavoured to match, e.g. berries
1 cup orange juice
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
2-4 ice cubes

 

Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and serve immediately
