Kiwifruit Bircher Muesli

Preparation: 5 minutes (but needs to be left overnight to soften)

Ingredients

3 kiwifruit, sliced
1 passionfruit, juice and pulp (optional)
1 cup oats
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey

 

Method

Place the oats, milk and cinnamon into a bowl, combine ingredients, cover and place into the fridge

The next morning, take oats from fridge and mix again to combine ingredients. Top with kiwifruit and passionfruit. Drizzle with honey and serve.
