Ingredients

2 nashi pears, cut into match sticks
¼ red cabbage, finely sliced
2 carrots, grated
3 spring onions, sliced diagonally
1 handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped

 

Dressing ingredients

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Ground white pepper to taste

 

Method

Toss ingredients together in a large bowl

Whisk the dressing ingredients together and mix through the Nashi Slaw
