Winter Slaw

Ingredients

Red cabbage leaves(outer leaves, for decorating)
Half a red cabbage, sliced
Handful of green beans, sliced
1 spring onion, sliced finely
1 apple, grated
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

 

Method

Place all ingredients into bowl and combine and stir through mayonnaise until well mixed

Use outer leaves to line a serving bowl or platter and top with winter coleslaw 

Refrigerate until ready to serve

 

NB: This winter slaw is a great side with fish
