Apple Tart

3 apples, quartered, cored and thinly sliced (use a variety of your choice)
5 filo pastry sheets
5 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon



Pre heat the oven to 180°C on fan bake. Line an oven tray with baking paper 

Place 1 filo sheet on the lined oven tray. Lightly brush filo sheet with butter, and top with another filo sheet. Repeat layers with remaining filo sheets and butter

Arrange the apple slices in the centre of the filo pastry, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey. Fold edges of filo pastry to form a circle

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the tart is golden. Cut and serve warm with a side of yoghurt
