3 Nashi pears, sliced into wedges
6 handfuls baby rocket
100g mozzarella, torn into pieces
100g pecans
1 tablespoon chia seeds
50g pomegranate arils
1 tablespoon avocado oil
Place rocket on platter, followed by mozzarella, pecans and Nashi, then sprinkle with chia, pomegranate and avocado oil
Refrigerate until ready to serve
