Baked Nashi Pears with Honey and Walnuts

Baked Nashi Pears with Honey and Walnuts

Serves: 6

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients 

3 large Nashi pears
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons honey
1 cup plain yoghurt
½ cup walnuts
½ cup coconut chips

 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees on fan bake 

Cut the pears in half and place on a lined oven tray

Using a tablespoon scoop out the seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and honey and bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Place into bowls and top with yoghurt, coconut chips, walnuts and extra honey and cinnamon if you desire
