Nashi Salsa

Serves: 8 as a side

Preparation: 10 minutes

2 Nashi pears, cubed
1/4 pineapple, cubed
1/2 red onion, diced
Juice of half a lime (or lemon)
1 red chilli, finely diced (or more if you like it hot)
Fresh coriander to taste
Cracked pepper to taste



Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve


NB: This salsa is a great way to freshen up tacos or fish dishes and still tastes great the next day. It can also be used as a healthy dip
