6 plums, sliced into thin wedges
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1 orange, juice and zest of half
1 lemon, juice and zest of half
1 vanilla pod, seeds only
250g mascarpone
1 cup of yoghurt (of your choice)
1 large sweet tart case (most supermarkets have pre-made tart cases)
Dice handful of plum slices and mix with mascarpone, yoghurt, vanilla seeds, lemon and orange juice and zest
Spoon into tart case then decorate with remaining plum wedges (as per photo) add blueberries, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
